
Neuroscience Sales Specialist – Schizophrenia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead the demand generation for schizophrenia medications by utilizing clinical selling techniques and product differentiation.
• Utilize authorized clinical studies and marketing resources to encourage adoption.
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets for the designated geographical area.
• Conduct sales in various healthcare settings and pinpoint significant business opportunities.
• Create and execute tailored pre- and post-call selling strategies for customers.
• Assess and address the viewpoints of practitioners and institutional philosophies, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Formulate territory coverage strategies to optimize selling time with healthcare professionals.
• Apply business analytics to enhance access to crucial stakeholders.
• Construct business plans aimed at achieving and surpassing territory-level sales objectives.
• Modify strategies to mitigate competitive impacts and enhance sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training departments.
• Fulfill call plan, resource execution, utilization, compliance, and sales training obligations.
• Comply with company guidelines and policies.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• A valid driver's license issued in any of the fifty United States.
• At least two years of pertinent work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or a recent transition from Active-Duty Military.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight and weekend trips, up to 30% of the time.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be open to relocating there.
• Preferred: a demonstrated history of success and the capability to influence key stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, and competitive sales environment.
• Preferred: experience in specialty sales and knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area.
