Neuropsychologist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake interviews to collect comprehensive histories.

• Deliver thorough neuropsychological and/or psychological assessments for clients across all age groups, collaborating with families and other relevant sources.

• Analyze a diverse range of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct administration of tests.

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments.

• Supervise the work of the assigned psychometrist to ensure precise and dependable data collection.

• Prepare detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and concise summary documents for clients, families, and referring providers.

• Conduct clear and supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and tailored recommendations.

• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to inform and coordinate treatment planning.

• Complete virtual and/or in-person sessions with patients and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association.

• Preferred one year of predoctoral internship with a focus on neuropsychology.

• Preferred two years of postdoctoral fellowship specializing in neuropsychology.

• Equivalent combinations of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.

• Preferred PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible.

• Experience in conducting assessments both virtually and in person.

• Familiarity with online web-based applications.

• Strong therapeutic communication skills.

• Capable of delivering care virtually or in person and within your own office environment.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
