Neuropsychologist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake interviews to gather comprehensive client histories.

• Provide thorough neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations for clients across all age groups, collaborating with families and other relevant sources.

• Analyze psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, occasionally administering tests directly.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the application and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments.

• Supervise and guide the work of the assigned psychometrist to ensure precise and reliable data collection.

• Prepare detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and concise summary documents for clients, families, and referring providers.

• Conduct supportive feedback sessions to clarify findings, diagnoses, and tailored recommendations.

• Collaborate with the patient’s care team, including psychiatrists, care managers, therapists, and/or mental health wellness coaches, to coordinate treatment planning.

• Complete virtual and/or in-person sessions with patients and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program.

• One year of predoctoral internship with a focus on neuropsychology is preferred.

• Two years of postdoctoral fellowship with a focus on neuropsychology is preferred.

• A combination of relevant experience, supervision, or training will be evaluated on an individual basis.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.

• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible candidates are preferred.

• Experience in conducting assessments both virtually and in person.

• Familiarity with online web-based applications.

• Strong therapeutic communication skills.

• Capable of providing care virtually or in person and within your own office environment.

• Candidates must successfully pass a background check for this position.
