This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Participate in a structured online survey lasting approximately 30 minutes.

• Ensure all responses are submitted within the specified timeframe.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hold an MD or DO degree with a specialization in Neurology.

• Currently licensed to practice and delivering patient care in the United States.

• Have prescribed or renewed treatment for adult migraine patients within the last 3 months.

• Capable of independently completing a ~30-minute online survey in English.
