Network Operations Process Improvement Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Gain insights into various processes and functions within the Managed Care sector.

• Assist in projects that bolster the business.

• Acquire knowledge about different job roles and investigate career pathways.

• Utilize academic learning and develop new skills through hands-on projects.

• Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and other pertinent topics within the functional area and industry.

• Participate in training and development sessions.

• Collect and analyze data.

• Create maps and document processes.

• Perform research and root cause analysis.

• Generate reports and performance metrics.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvement.

• Assist with cross-functional projects and implementation initiatives.

• Execute other assigned duties.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the requirement of employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Must reside within the state of North Carolina.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college throughout the internship duration.

• Ideally studying in a discipline related to the hiring department.

• Proficiency in Excel formulas is necessary.

• Familiarity with Power BI is required.

• Experience in building automations is preferred.

• Knowledge of SQL is essential.

• Background in project management is desirable.
