Senior Manager, Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads.

• Ensure uniformity in performance standards, tools, and escalation protocols across regions.

• Mentor and develop the skills of Regional Network Managers and Agent Leads.

• Address any discrepancies between Regional Network Managers and Agent Leads.

• Manage competing priorities when two Regional Network Managers require the same Agent Lead.

• Take part in every agent deactivation decision in collaboration with the Agent Lead and Procurement.

• Guarantee that deactivation decisions are documented consistently across all four regions.

• Strategically escalate deactivations that carry significant risks to the VP.

• Act as the operational escalation point for cross-regional challenges and senior management decisions.

• Align recruitment pipelines and training initiatives with regional demands.

• Collaborate with the VP on capacity planning, organizational design, and strategic initiatives.

• Work alongside the Director of US Network Solutions on new strategic accounts and capabilities.

• Oversee the coordination of scorecard and data methodologies throughout the network.

• Foster relationships with six direct reports and cross-functional leaders.

• Provide support for occasional travel to regions and cross-functional transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in network operations, field operations, or leadership in multi-site operations, with experience managing people across multiple functions or team types.

• Proven experience in managing other managers rather than just individual contributors.

• Ability to be one of three decision-makers in significant discussions while sharing authority and accountability.

• Skilled in making quick prioritization decisions among peers.

• Strong operational judgment.

• Experience collaborating with a strategic or business development function and translating new capabilities or accounts into operational implementation.

• Excellent, direct communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts among peers.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
