Network Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure sufficient inventory levels across more than 35 external fulfillment facilities.

• Coordinate replenishments with co-manufacturers and co-packers, including managing fulfillment requests and freight logistics.

• Convert sales forecasts and historical data into effective replenishment plans for the production team.

• Assist with end-of-month inventory verification and reconciliation processes.

• Support B2C order fulfillment efforts.

• Ensure that co-manufacturers receive necessary documentation daily and punctually.

• Organize pickups with designated external carriers.

• Oversee inventory transfers between co-manufacturers and fulfillment centers within NetSuite.

• Maintain precise transfer documentation and real-time inbound data tracking.

• Monitor delivery status, provide updates to external partners, and keep track of delivery expenses.

• Assist in identifying potential partners in targeted regions and offer analytical support for network expansion initiatives.

• Create and sustain performance dashboards that track in-stock rates, weeks on hand, order processing times, storage costs, and freight expenditures.

• Develop internal tools and procedures to facilitate scalable replenishment planning.

• Model network scenarios, freight expenses, and inventory positioning across manufacturing and distribution levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in production planning, operations analysis, or supply chain coordination, preferably within a manufacturing, CPG, or co-man environment.

• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, scenario modeling, and handling large data sets.

• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data, foresee potential issues, and develop clear action plans.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with both internal teams and external manufacturing partners.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment where you take ownership of your tasks and solve problems independently.

• Experience in lawn & garden, soil, agriculture, or a field with multi-site co-manufacturing is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
