NetSuite SuiteProjects Functional Consultant – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver post-implementation functional support for NetSuite SuiteProjects, with an emphasis on project billing and charge management.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Project Billing, Charge-Based Billing, Charge Rules, Project Charges, and Vendor Bill-related charges.

• Assess and troubleshoot duplicate, incorrect, or unexpected charge generation, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

• Evaluate SuiteProjects billing configurations for gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Set up and enhance billing schedules, charge rules, project charges, and associated billing processes.

• Investigate billing and charge issues utilizing NetSuite records, configurations, workflows, and transaction data.

• Confirm and rectify configurations to guarantee precise project billing and charge generation.

• Engage in client calls and screen-sharing sessions.

• Articulate technical or system-related root causes to clients and stakeholders.

• Suggest and implement functional solutions that enhance billing accuracy, system efficiency, and SuiteProjects processes.

• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and internal teams on technical investigations or customizations.

• Document troubleshooting results, root causes, configurations, and proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with NetSuite, ideally in a consulting, implementation, or application support setting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteProjects / Project Management.

• Proficiency in Project Billing, Charge-Based Billing, Charge Rules, Project Charges, Vendor Bill-related Charges, billing schedules, and charge generation and billing processes.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting duplicate, incorrect, missing, or unexpected charges in SuiteProjects.

• Background in reviewing, correcting, and optimizing existing SuiteProjects billing configurations.

• Strong grasp of the interconnections between projects, charges, vendor bills, billing schedules, and customer billing.

• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a talent for identifying root causes.

• Experience in a post-implementation support and optimization context.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and confidence in participating in client calls and screen-sharing sessions.

• Capability to clarify NetSuite functionality, configuration issues, and root causes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to convert business requirements into suitable NetSuite functional configurations and solutions.

• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
