NetSuite Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate NetSuite implementation projects from the planning stage to delivery.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical NetSuite consultants, company stakeholders, and project teams.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks or potential delays, and proactively resolve issues.

• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Supervise project scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.

• Ensure that project deliverables are completed punctually and fulfill agreed-upon requirements.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive project documentation and status reports.

• Organize testing, implementation activities, and project transitions as necessary.

• Relay project updates, risks, decisions, and action items to pertinent stakeholders.

• Assist in ensuring the successful achievement of NetSuite implementation objectives and company expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager overseeing NetSuite implementation projects.

• Solid understanding of the NetSuite implementation lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including both functional and technical resources.

• Strong skills in project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project dependencies effectively.

• Proficient in problem-solving and risk management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Willingness and availability to commit to 30 hours per week.

• Availability to work the required schedule from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST.

• Commitment to the project through February 2027.

• NetSuite implementation/project management certification or a relevant industry certification.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.

• Background in managing ERP implementation projects beyond just NetSuite.

• Familiarity with NetSuite functional and technical workstreams, including integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
