Net Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain systems pertaining to the calculation of third-party reimbursements.

• Collaborate effectively with various departments and ministries within the region concerning net revenue management initiatives.

• Compile annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and offer support during audits.

• Assess monthly settlements for third-party reimbursements and manage the submission of annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

• Oversee the hiring, training, direction, development, and evaluation of staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital environment.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles.
