Head of Partnerships, PE/VC, RevOps & CRM Partners

📋 Description

• Develop and lead Weflow's private equity partnership strategy, focusing on firms, operating partners, and leaders in portfolio operations whose portfolios align with Weflow's ideal customer profile.

• Design commercial models for private equity partnerships, encompassing portfolio-wide implementations, preferred vendor agreements, and referral contracts.

• Expand the program in collaboration with revenue operations agencies and CRM implementation partners, addressing recruitment, enablement, partner economics, and joint go-to-market strategies.

• Link private equity firms with appropriate implementation partners to ensure rapid and consistent portfolio-wide deployments.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to transform relationships into a qualified sales pipeline while creating supporting materials like ROI cases and portfolio playbooks.

• Represent Weflow at private equity events, portfolio summits, and partner networks.

• Develop playbooks and reporting mechanisms that make partnerships a measurable and scalable component of Weflow's go-to-market engine.

• Work directly with Janis (CEO & Co-Founder) and the go-to-market team to convert partners into a reliable source of pipeline and revenue.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in private equity, portfolio operations, strategy consulting, or a role closely interacting with private equity operating partners or portfolio leadership.

• Demonstrated success in establishing or growing a partnership function within B2B SaaS, preferably involving agencies or systems integrators.

• Strong commercial insight with experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements.

• Outstanding communication skills and credibility with operating partners, agency founders, and Chief Revenue Officers.

• Capability to build a function from the ground up and define its strategic direction.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, revenue operations, or the CRM ecosystem is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to travel frequently is essential.

• Based in London or New York City is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is required.
