Net Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and sustain systems related to the assessment of third-party reimbursements.

• Collaborate effectively with various departments and ministries within the Region concerning net revenue management initiatives.

• Compile annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and offer support during audits.

• Review monthly third-party reimbursement settlements and submit annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

• Oversee the hiring, training, guidance, development, and evaluation of staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of combined experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of combined experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• 7 years of experience in Medicare cost reporting within a hospital environment is preferred.

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm CST.
