Natural Food, Grocery Promotions Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account managers and assigned retailers to strategize, submit, and oversee the implementation of promotional programs for various brands.

• Act as the main promotions lead for specific retailers.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with brands and account managers.

• Ensure that promotional strategies are aligned.

• Oversee annual promotional planning in partnership with brands, account managers, and retailers.

• Continuously enhance processes, resolve challenges, and address concerns with the wider Green Spoon team.

• Accurately record and organize vendor commitments in shared company folders for transparency and tracking purposes.

• Maintain and improve company tools and resources to support internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing promotions or working in a related field within the natural food industry.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously for high-profile retailers.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners.

• Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.

• Proficient in managing promotional planning tools and systems.

• High attention to detail and highly organized.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Solid understanding of retailer pricing and discounts is essential.

• Previous experience in natural foods and grocery is required.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking capabilities, and communication skills.
