This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement strategies for organization-wide programs that support service line or business sector services.
• Execute strategic initiatives and convert strategic direction into actionable steps.
• Ensure tactical execution and accountability for assigned initiatives.
• Develop the pursuit pipeline by recognizing opportunities, assessing potential clients and services, and preparing targeted pursuits for leadership evaluation.
• Evaluate the geographic suitability of opportunities and assist in sector and service line growth strategies.
• Work collaboratively with operations teams and specialized groups to propel strategic initiatives and growth in key areas.
• Act as a liaison among service lines, sector, operations, and client teams.
• Leverage subject matter or market expertise for pursuits or projects and coordinate resources across the company.
• Assist in new client acquisition and engage with existing clients to promote services.
• Contribute to significant pursuit action items and deliverables.
• Support sector leadership in enhancing subsector market focus areas.
• Translate the Terracon Strategic Plan and prioritized initiatives into actionable work plans.
• Communicate and reinforce safety initiatives, rules, and guidelines across various offices or regions.
• Advocate for and oversee continuous quality improvement and quality control standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or another relevant discipline with 9 years of related experience, or a minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong background in environmental or engineering consulting and client development, with a specific focus on environmental or engineering expertise.
• Experience in client engagement, proposal writing, and commercial agreements.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be necessary.
• Ability to achieve Authorized Project Reviewer status by Terracon is preferred.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred but not mandatory.
