This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and manage all field reimbursement initiatives for the designated partner.
• Build and lead a team of Regional Access Directors.
• Guide the team towards achieving partner goals that align with EVERSANA’s vision and values.
• Identify opportunities and challenges in the market, and create, implement, and monitor action plans.
• Mentor team members to foster corporate growth.
• Assess success, optimize opportunities, and relay results to partners and internal EVERSANA stakeholders.
• Coordinate in-field efforts to meet specialty targets.
• Leverage market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance top- and bottom-line performance.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and long-term business execution.
• Maintain technical knowledge to address product, policy, and business-related inquiries.
• Organize and conduct plan-of-action meetings and other discussions with Corporate Leadership.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide strategic direction and insights to internal partners during business planning sessions.
• Coach, mentor, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and performance expectations.
• Interview, select, supervise, and manage departmental staff.
• Establish objectives, work methodologies, and performance standards; conduct performance evaluations and manage personnel actions.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while modeling inclusive behaviors.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A healthcare degree is strongly preferred, including MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD, or a similar advanced healthcare/scientific credential.
• Over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector with expertise in payer policy and product access.
• At least 8 years of experience in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization requirements, or comparable patient access experience.
• More than 5 years of experience leading successful field access teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy and medical benefit product models.
• Familiarity with CMS policies and processes, including Medicare Parts B & D coverage.
• Knowledge of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services, and patient access programs.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics, competitor activities, and ongoing diabetes monitoring trends.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to inform regional strategies, including HUB and patient claims information.
• Proficient in computer applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and videoconferencing tools such as Teams, Zoom, and GoTo Meeting.
• Advanced skills in presentation, business analysis, planning, organization, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making.
• Experience in Pediatric Endocrinology and/or Endocrinology is preferred.
• Prior experience in other biopharmaceutical roles is advantageous.
