This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Exhibit exemplary account management practices, fostering growth in Revenue and Net Margin to help us meet and surpass our objectives.
• Formulate and implement a strategic plan to succeed in your sector, focusing on increasing market share for both the retailer and SharkNinja.
• Oversee customer profitability by collaborating closely with internal teams to devise new item strategies and financial projections.
• Take charge of Omni-Channel responsibilities, including meeting in-store placement goals and achieving online penetration targets.
• Contribute to the overall account strategy and be accountable for the outcomes of customer meetings.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to enhance the flow of goods.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in major account sales management or a similar role in buying and/or merchandising at retail.
• Previous experience managing Walmart accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Retail Link / Scintilla.
• Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year for visits to Headquarters and other events.
• Experience in durable goods categories is a plus.
