Music Production Expert, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated songs based on musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Categorize songs according to genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical attributes.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials to ensure quality and precision.

• Collaborate with a prominent AI lab to evaluate generative music AI models.

• Engage in projects that involve working in both Russian and English, aimed at training and refining AI systems.

• Successfully complete the Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian along with the onboarding procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Russian.

• Capability to adhere to detailed written instructions provided in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Access to headphones or studio monitors that are appropriate for critical listening tasks.

• Formal education in music performance, theory, or composition is preferred (nice to have).

• Experience with credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing projects is a plus (nice to have).

• A broad understanding of contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists is advantageous (nice to have).

• Ability to operate as an independent contractor.
