Music Production Expert – Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated songs, assessing factors such as musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical attributes.

• Analyze AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with a leading AI laboratory to evaluate generative music AI models.

• Operate proficiently in both Russian and English.

• Successfully complete the Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian along with onboarding procedures.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess native or near-native proficiency in Russian.

• Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.

• Bring 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Have access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is preferred (nice to have).

• Experience with credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is a plus (nice to have).

• Exhibit broad knowledge of contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists (nice to have).

• Must work as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
