This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and resolve software and system issues reported through the company's ticketing system.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and troubleshooting related to the property management system.
• Offer end-user assistance, guidance, and training to property teams.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of key property management software platforms.
• Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and access rights across various platforms.
• Collaborate with property management and cross-functional teams to pinpoint system and operational requirements.
• Evaluate processes to discover opportunities for enhancing efficiency and system performance.
• Aid in system transitions, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Support data validation and user acceptance testing during system modifications.
• Provide troubleshooting and assistance following transitions.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks while proactively addressing issues.
• Escalate intricate system issues to leadership or technical experts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding system issues, resources, and support requirements.
• Convert technical information into practical guidance for non-technical users.
• Maintain responsibility for assigned projects, issues, and deadlines.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
• At least 2 years of experience with property management systems, process analysis, and improvement implementation.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Prior experience in an administrative, support, operations, or property management position.
• Intermediate proficiency with property management software, including system settings, user roles, permissions, and access rights management.
• Experience in the multifamily property management sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with RealPage property management software is preferred.
• Experience using ticketing systems is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement techniques and tools is preferred.
• Background in supporting software implementations, system transitions, or upgrades is preferred.
