Multi-State Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage cases independently from intake to resolution.

• Formulate and implement legal strategies grounded in factual investigation and legal analysis.

• Maintain effective communication with courts, administrative agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.

• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments.

• Attend hearings and trials as required.

• Operate within a structured support framework while retaining autonomy in daily practice.

• Collaborate with paralegals, centralized operations personnel, and a remote team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• At least 3 years of substantial legal experience.

• Active license in two or more states listed, including Colorado and at least one other state bar.

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with a remote team.

• Strong organizational skills, time management, and personal accountability.

• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Confidence to take ownership of outcomes from beginning to end.

• Willingness to travel for in-person hearings, firm training sessions, meetings, and other firm-sponsored events.

• Proficiency in Mac/Apple operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience with timekeeping and case management software.

• Competence in legal research applications.

• Submission of cover letter, resume, and a minimum of three professional references.
