Multi-Site Studio Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Educate guests about services, retail products, and memberships to enhance rebooking and retention.

• Travel to studios within the designated region to provide support in sales, guest service, and operations.

• Assume key guest-facing positions, including Guest Service and Studio Support, while offering Manager assistance as required.

• Aid in daily studio operations, including scheduling, guest flow, inventory management, and retail activities.

• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality guest experiences that align with brand standards across all studios.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the studio.

• Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to meet goals for guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.

• Comfortable in educating guests and influencing their purchasing decisions.

• Leadership experience is a plus, with the capability to step in for Studio Managers as necessary.

• Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets.

• Personable, professional, and a confident communicator.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.

• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments.

• Thrives in fast-paced settings.
