This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Create and animate video content that drives performance for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Work in conjunction with the Creative Producer and User Acquisition team on project briefs, hypotheses, and quick iterations.
• Modify successful concepts into different variations, adjusting for hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and target audiences.
• Edit user-generated content, stock footage, screen captures, and app gameplay into refined, brand-aligned videos.
• Ensure visual consistency and high quality while producing multiple creative assets each week.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for generating images/videos, synthesizing voice, and cleaning up assets when appropriate.
• Keep up-to-date with motion design trends and advertising formats native to various platforms.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer in the marketing field, preferably with a focus on performance and user acquisition creatives.
• A portfolio that demonstrates motion design expertise; experience with performance marketing video advertisements is advantageous.
• High proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• A solid grasp of performance creative principles, including hooks, pacing, audience retention, and calls to action.
• Capability to deliver work at a rapid pace while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic skills in sound design and mixing.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above in English language proficiency.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with AI tools for video, image, and audio such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, and Midjourney.
• Nice to have: proficiency in Illustrator and Figma for creating static assets.
• Nice to have: experience in producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives.
• Nice to have: familiarity with writing plugins or scripts to automate and enhance workflows.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world or from a corporate hub.
