Motion Designer, AI Video Creator – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create packs of advertising video content based on directives from Creative Marketing Managers, producing up to 2 packs daily.

• Develop 3 videos per pack along with variations.

• Generate hyper-realistic AI avatars and seamlessly incorporate them into creatives as indistinguishable user-generated content (UGC).

• Independently gather visual references and trending content from social media platforms.

• Track TikTok and Instagram trends and swiftly transform them into engaging creatives.

• Enhance workflow using tools, plugins, and automations while ensuring quality is upheld.

• Engage in portfolio reviews, recruiter meetings, test assignments, team interviews, and the offer process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for at least 5 hours each day.

• 1–2 years of experience in dynamic video editing (Reels, TikTok, ad creatives).

• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.

• Demonstrated ability to create hyper-realistic AI avatars that are indistinguishable from actual humans.

• Capability to take a raw script without a moodboard and deliver a refined pack by 6 PM without supervision.

• Proficiency in sourcing native, non-stock footage from TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Experience in performance marketing teams or digital agencies is an advantage.

• Familiarity with basic marketing principles, such as hook frames, ad pacing, and scroll-stopping content, is a plus.
