Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop motion graphics, animations, video advertisements, and content for social media.

• Create and edit video and image assets powered by AI technologies.

• Design and modify creative materials utilizing After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Deliver high-quality content while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI tools, social media trends, and creative technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in motion design or digital creative production.

• Advanced skills in After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.

• Extensive experience with AI video models such as Seedance, Veo, and Kling.

• Knowledge of tools like Higgsfield, Magnific, Artlist, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Claude or other AI-assisted creative workflows.

• Strong grasp of motion design and animation principles, including timing, pacing, composition, and transitions.

• Proficient video editing skills and a keen eye for visual quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to produce quality work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Independent, creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

• A strong portfolio or showreel is required.
