AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop complete AI creative content from script to finished promotional video.

• Break down stories into scenes, prepare prompts, generate materials, and compile the final version.

• Create hyper-realistic AI UGC videos, multi-scene mini-movies, animated stories, and variations of hooks for Meta Ads.

• Develop and repurpose character "passports," maintaining appearance, emotions, and behavioral logic across scenes.

• Execute final post-production in After Effects: editing, animation, subtitles, music, sound design, safe zones, and disclaimers.

• Collaborate with creative marketers on briefs, present intermediate results, and quickly implement revisions.

• Work with the creative package owner to find optimal solutions.

• Balance quality, speed, and cost of generations while meeting agreed-upon weekly KPIs.

• Test new AI models upon their release.

• Suggest automations, scripts, and flow changes to enhance team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in After Effects: independently edit, animate, and finalize videos.

• Practical experience in AI video generation using Seedance, Kling, Veo, or similar models.

• Ability to generate images and work with consistent characters in Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, or other tools.

• Skill in breaking down scripts into scenes, writing precise prompts, and working with multi-scene generations and lip-syncing.

• Understanding of performance creative structure: hook, body, CTA, pacing, audience retention, and avoiding "dead" seconds.

• Portfolio showcasing completed AI creative works — UGC, mini-movies, animations, or other multi-scene videos.

• Open communication regarding progress and blockers, adherence to agreements, and constructive engagement with detailed feedback.

• Willingness to test new AI models and propose automations, scripts, or flow changes.

• Preferred: automation of production flow, scripts, or plugins for After Effects or Premiere through Claude Code or other vibe-coding tools.

• Preferred: experience with CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, TikTok/Reels, ElevenLabs, or Suno.
