Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create motion graphics elements such as lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and animated overlays.

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand guidelines and motion identity systems.

• Produce high-quality, consistent motion assets for both social media and internal channels.

• Collaborate with teams in Social Media, Performance Marketing, B2B, and Broadcast.

• Investigate design trends and emerging formats in social media.

• Generate creative content aimed at boosting subscriber growth and retention.

• Incorporate 3D elements with 2D motion graphics, live-action footage, and typography.

• Develop adaptable After Effects templates, Premiere Pro MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics panels.

• Optimize handoffs between motion design and editing processes.

• Conceptualize, model, texture, light, and animate intricate 3D assets and visual effects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in motion graphics and creation of social content.

• A portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form motion work, preferably in the sports domain.

• Experience in brand development is an advantage.

• Familiarity with integrating 3D elements with 2D motion graphics, live-action footage, and typography.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Skilled in After Effects templates, Premiere Pro MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics panels.

• Strong understanding of After Effects expressions utilizing JavaScript.

• Proven experience in streamlining workflows between motion design and editing.

• Background in 3D design and motion graphics using Cinema 4D with Redshift/Octane or Blender.

• Knowledge of platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• A passion for high school sports.
