Mortgage Loan Officer – Purchase Referral

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate residential mortgage loans for purchases.

• Develop and sustain relationships with referral partners and key influencers.

• Provide education to borrowers regarding mortgage products and financing alternatives.

• Pre-qualify and pre-approve potential homebuyers.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process from application to closing.

• Work together with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

• Oversee and maintain a robust loan pipeline.

• Offer outstanding customer service and communication during the entire loan process.

• Keep abreast of mortgage products, market trends, and lending regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active NMLS License is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan origination is necessary.

• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Portfolio loan products is essential.

• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and maintain referral relationships.

• Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.

• Self-driven with robust organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience with mortgage origination systems and CRM platforms is preferred.

• Candidates must be residents of Ohio, Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Georgia.
