This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Initiate and oversee the process of purchase mortgage loans from application to closing, ensuring adherence to all necessary regulations.
• Transform company-generated purchase leads into funded loans through proactive follow-ups and effective consultations with borrowers.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, Zillow Preferred Agents, and relevant local partners as needed.
• Manage an active loan pipeline while achieving service level standards, productivity goals, and funding targets.
• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and analytical tools to maintain pipeline health and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan movement.
• Provide a consistent customer experience through communication via phone, email, and text.
• Keep abreast of market trends, lending programs, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain active licensing, fulfill educational requirements, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Collect, store, and utilize voiceprints for operational and compliance purposes.
• Over 3 years of experience in mortgage origination, particularly with purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator status with state licenses or Loan Originator status under a federal bank license.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education.
• Successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Reside within 75 miles of the Philadelphia, PA branch.
• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans within a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or agent-centered referral model.
• Strong orientation towards client service and effective consultative sales abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage process.
• Comfortable operating within clearly defined KPIs in a structured, performance-oriented environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM, LOS, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
