This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Offer technical direction, oversight, and quality assurance to monitoring and compliance professionals
β’ Directly manage staff and organize pre- and post-monitoring activities and deployments
β’ Lead site assessment initiatives along with on-site and remote monitoring evaluations
β’ Guide the analysis and assessment of processes, requirements, performance metrics, and monitoring data
β’ Create program logic and provide insights into performance measurement toolkits
β’ Develop and refresh program monitoring timelines
β’ Communicate monitoring activity status and propose solutions for resource deficiencies to federal personnel
β’ Train and mentor new employees, offering guidance on monitoring and evaluation
β’ Review monitoring reports, corrective actions, and deliverables prior to submission
β’ Analyze monitoring results to uncover trends, compliance challenges, and operational risks
β’ Support professional growth, performance management, onboarding, PIPs, and annual reviews
β’ Examine monthly reports and authorize consolidated reports, timecards, leave requests, travel, and expense claims
β’ Conduct interviews with recipient staff, program participants, and external stakeholders
β’ Review program documentation, surveys, and case files for compliance with grants and policies
β’ Identify promising practices and technical assistance requirements
β’ Advise recipient and client personnel on preliminary findings
β’ Write monitoring reports featuring detailed analyses and assessments
β’ Update monitoring tools and act as a liaison to program staff
β’ Participate in meetings and additional projects as required
β’ BS/BA degree
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
β’ At least 2 years of supervisory experience
β’ Existing MBI T2 Public Trust or the ability to obtain one
β’ Proven experience in monitoring grantees that serve underserved communities
β’ Exceptional analytical capabilities
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
β’ Experience with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred
β’ Previous experience with state or local refugee programs is preferred
β’ Advanced degree is preferred
β’ US citizenship is not required
