• Provide personalized coaching centered on retirement planning, options, and investment education.

• Offer guidance in related areas such as tax planning, estate preparation, insurance, and college funding.

• Address a wide range of financial topics as members' needs develop.

• Inspire members to cultivate healthier financial habits and achieve their goals.

• Articulate financial concepts in straightforward, supportive language.

• Investigate complex member situations and create practical, innovative strategies.

• Stay updated on retirement, investment, and tax regulations.

• Keep meticulous and precise notes for each session.

• Manage a dynamic appointment schedule while ensuring quality and confidentiality standards.

• Foster long-term coaching relationships that enhance members' retirement preparedness and sponsor value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in consumer finance or tax-related fields, including mortgages, insurance, college planning, financial aid, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, or tax structuring and planning.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated history of assisting clients in engaging with value-added services and solutions.

• Excellent listening, motivational, and communication abilities.

• High proficiency with computers, software, and technology.

• Willingness to embrace a culture of ongoing development and a passion for assisting individuals in need.

• Preferred certifications include CFP, AFC, ChFC, or similar qualifications.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
