Modern Work Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations, encompassing discovery, design, deployment, and adoption.

• Create secure, governed, and scalable foundations for Copilot, agents, and enterprise-level AI.

• Develop secure and compliant M365 tenants that address identity, data governance, compliance, and collaboration.

• Act as the principal technical authority and trusted advisor on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategies.

• Manage rollout sequencing, pilot programs, change management, training initiatives, and post-launch support.

• Provide guidance to engineers and consultants collaborating with the architect.

• Lead intricate engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients in both Commercial and Public Sector domains.

• Assist in technical presales efforts.

• Contribute to proposals and statements of work.

• Ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, utilization, revenue goals, and positive customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete M365 tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, as well as their interconnections.

• Practical expertise in identity and access management, specifically with Entra ID and Conditional Access.

• Hands-on experience in device management, particularly with Intune and Defender for Endpoint.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing.

• Documented success in leading adoption initiatives, including governance, champion networks, training, and change management.

• Capability to articulate M365 architecture to executives and IT stakeholders and configure it autonomously.

• Familiarity with Purview, encompassing Information Protection and DLP.

• Understanding of migration tools and PowerShell.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to independently drive outcomes.

• Skill in translating technical complexity into straightforward business language for diverse audiences.

• A strong desire to remain updated with Microsoft product releases and their capabilities.

• Preferred: Microsoft M365 Administrator Expert certification.

• Preferred: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.

• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft-funded or time-bound migration projects.

• Preferred: Background in mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams.

• Preferred: Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients under tight deadlines.
