Arquitecto Responsable de Proyectos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze plots for new projects, including topographic and geotechnical assessments.

• Research and understand local and regional construction regulations.

• Develop initial plans and adjust designs according to client needs and regulatory constraints.

• Create and review realistic 3D infographics with the client.

• Prepare the complete execution project.

• Conduct structural calculations, facility design, delineation, reports, and measurements.

• Coordinate processes with Architecture Associations and local councils.

• Manage the necessary permits to initiate construction.

• Monitor the project during the construction phase.

• Resolve technical issues and adjust designs as needed.

• Directly engage with clients to ensure compliance with regulations and their satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum proven experience of 3 years.

• Demonstrable residence within approximately 100 km of Tres Cantos.

• Own vehicle required.

• Ability to carry out the detailed tasks; no minimum degree requirement defined.

• Teamwork skills and effective communication with clients, quantity surveyors, builders, and municipal technicians.
