Mobile Software Engineering Expert – AI Training Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design realistic and challenging mobile software engineering tasks tailored for advanced AI models utilizing existing code repositories.

• Create problems that encompass complex debugging, feature development, code refactoring, application state management, lifecycle handling, and performance optimization.

• Develop tasks within at least one mobile development track: cross-platform (React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Flutter with Dart), iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, or UIKit), or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or the Android View system).

• Establish reproducible environments with clear requirements, dependencies, and execution guidelines.

• Write deterministic automated verifiers that accept valid implementations while rejecting incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.

• Develop and validate golden reference solutions that illustrate correct approaches for each task.

• Ensure tasks are technically rigorous, unambiguous, reproducible, and appropriate for assessing advanced AI coding capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in at least one mobile development specialization: cross-platform, iOS, or Android.

• Strong programming proficiency in at least one pertinent language: TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Swift, or Kotlin.

• In-depth understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mobile applications, pinpoint subtle defects, and implement robust solutions.

• Experience in developing mobile features, refactoring codebases, and enhancing application performance.

• Capability to create automated tests, validate expected behavior, and differentiate correct implementations from superficial workarounds.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear technical documentation.

• Availability to commence work shortly after onboarding and fulfill minimum weekly task submission requirements.
