Mobile Nurse – Healthcare Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform venous blood draws as part of health screenings in the workplace.

• Deliver friendly assistance and support to participants throughout the screening procedure.

• Clearly articulate the measurements conducted and health metrics recorded, adhering to professional practice standards.

• Assist at additional check-up stations, including blood pressure measurements, body composition assessments, and pulmonary function tests.

• Maintain a hygienic, professional, and organized on-site process.

• Prepare and follow up on the work area and necessary materials.

• Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events.

• Document pertinent work steps in line with internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Germany.

• Possess a nursing qualification or a professional license recognized in Germany.

• Have completed training or a degree in nursing recognized in the relevant country of assignment, such as Registered Nurse, adult/general nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, or a comparable qualification.

• Alternatively, hold a recognized qualification as a naturopath or healthcare professional, provided the individual is legally authorized to perform venous blood draws in the relevant country of assignment.

• Demonstrated practical experience in safely conducting venous blood draws.

• Exhibit a very friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Enjoy engaging directly with individuals from varied backgrounds.

• Maintain an independent, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Strong dedication to hygiene, quality, and data privacy.

• Willingness to travel and undertake one-day or multi-day assignments at client locations.

• A Category B driver’s license is advantageous but not essential.

• Good command of the local language.

• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Experience in health screenings, prevention, occupational medicine, or workplace health events is a plus.

• Visa, relocation, and professional recognition support are not offered.
