This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct annual preventive maintenance across a specified geographic area.
• Execute hands-on repair and maintenance tasks adhering to JLL standards and protocols.
• Service HVAC systems, water chillers, mechanical components, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructures.
• Ensure commercial properties are maintained in optimal operational condition.
• Identify opportunities for energy savings through modifications to systems and operations.
• Carry out routine maintenance, plumbing, and various other tasks as required.
• Plan work assignments independently and perform responsibilities with minimal direct oversight.
• Provide assistance in other trades and contribute to the general maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds.
• Travel via truck to multiple locations within a designated area.
• Engage daily with teams through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs, or 5 years of military experience involving HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC certification is mandatory.
• Proficient hands-on skills and knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical systems.
• Capability to utilize industry-standard tools in compliance with all codes, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate web-based applications and operate handheld electronic devices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in managing relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients.
• Understanding of English language structure, spelling, composition, and grammar.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Capacity to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors, in mechanical/equipment rooms, and under extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, heavy machinery, electrical hazards, fumes, chemicals, and high noise levels.
