ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement generative AI or ML models that can positively influence the business.

• Lead data modeling initiatives from initial conceptualization and visualization to full operationalization.

• Conduct statistical analysis on historical data to verify model accuracy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and seize opportunities for leveraging data in business solutions.

• Create scripts for processing both structured and unstructured data.

• Propose, develop, and implement strategies to enhance data reliability, efficiency, and quality.

• Assist in translating data-related business needs into technical system specifications.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend requirements regarding data structure, availability, scalability, and accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a Data Engineer or Data Scientist position.

• Proven experience working with extensive and complex data sets.

• Experience in analyzing large volumes of data.

• Proficient in Python programming, Artificial Intelligence, GEN AI, Pyspark, Databricks, and Cloud Computing.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong comfort level in handling numerical data.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
