This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, long-term success, and account growth within the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with mission champions, aligning efforts with mission outcomes.
• Maintain revenue retention by addressing customer requirements, resolving issues, and fostering engagement.
• Guide the development and adoption of prototypes to meet customers’ operational capability objectives.
• Provide a positive onboarding experience and expedite time-to-value for new clients.
• Advocate for the adoption of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions.
• Facilitate retrospectives following time-to-value achievements and document lessons learned.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for solutions that support both immediate and long-term objectives.
• Deliver customer updates on feedback, features, and product advantages.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling, and modify contracts as necessary.
• Scope flexible contracts focused on licensing growth.
• Convert capability gaps into product development milestones.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Product team and advocate for enhancements specific to the domain.
• Monitor and report on retention, hero health, time-to-value, adoption, and churn KPIs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and champion customer needs across internal teams.
• Balance time-to-value with gross profit margins to enhance contract retention and renewal.
• Position focused on the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems Domain within the Federal Business Unit.
• Capability to manage relationships with senior Department of War leaders and experienced warfighters.
• Proven ability to drive customer retention, satisfaction, adoption, and account growth.
• Ability to guide prototype development towards operational capability targets.
• Skill in translating capability gaps into product development milestones.
• Proficient in tracking and reporting on retention, hero health, time-to-value, adoption, and churn KPIs.
• Experience conducting quarterly business reviews and customer retrospectives.
• Competence in scoping and modifying contracts to facilitate expansion and flexible licensing.
• Willingness to travel 4–12 times annually.
