This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit new students for Post University’s online programs.
• Conduct Professional College Advisory Sessions via telephone and occasionally in person.
• Assist prospective students in identifying their interests and selecting appropriate degree programs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from students regarding Post University and its offerings.
• Input student enrollment data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of Academic Military Student Information within the University’s Student Information System.
• Follow up with prospective students and applicants, recording results in the database.
• Guide students in understanding degree requirements, selection, majors, minors, concentrations, course selection, registration, and work/life/study balance.
• Ensure that course selection is in accordance with approved degree plans.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Office of Student Information, Registrar, academic advising, faculty, and other departments.
• Engage in registration and student development activities that promote awareness, retention, and success.
• Identify and assist in resolving academic issues while coordinating discipline matters with student services.
• Aim to meet and preferably exceed both team and individual enrollment objectives.
• Utilize and learn various technologies including Blackboard, social media, CRM, Microsoft Office, Campus Nexus, True Dialog, HelloSign, and others.
• Attend weekly team and floor-wide meetings.
• Adhere to relevant higher education enrollment policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
• Promote collaboration and respect among Faculty, Associates, and Students.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned.
• Veteran/Military experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Military education programs is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in higher education admissions and/or recruiting with a consultative sales approach is desired.
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, and/or sales is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dynamic phone presence.
• Proficient PC skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database software.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mb download and 5 Mb upload speeds is required.
• Must use a wired Ethernet connection; wireless connections are not supported.
• A designated private home office or alternative workspace that is free from noise or distractions is necessary.
• Option to work remotely.
• A 50-foot Ethernet cable provided.
• Annual compensation of $45,000.
