Migration Consultant – Education Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist educational clients in transitioning from desktop applications to cloud-based solutions.

• Prepare and verify customer payroll and HR information for migration.

• Conduct payroll parallel runs, reconciliations, and validation tasks.

• Identify and address discrepancies to guarantee successful migration results.

• Provide training and support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with payroll, HR, support, and project teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation process.

• Aid educational clients in successfully migrating to modern cloud platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Education Payroll.

• Understanding of pensions, HR legislation, and Auto Enrolment.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

• Proactive and organized in managing customer projects.

• Experience in a customer-centric or consultancy environment.

• Familiarity with IRIS Payroll software is a plus.

• CIPP qualification or equivalent is preferred.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located may be necessary.
