This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and business systems.
• Create, configure, and support message flows utilizing IBM App Connect Enterprise / IBM Message Broker.
• Work with IBM MQ, including managing queues, channels, messages, and resolving message flow issues.
• Create and maintain data transformation maps using IBM Sterling Transformation Extender.
• Integrate systems employing various message formats, interfaces, and data exchange standards.
• Analyze integration errors, logs, and messages to pinpoint root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide support for changes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Facilitate integrations deployed within Kubernetes-based environments.
• Utilize Python to develop scripts for automation, operational support, testing, or monitoring tasks.
• Collaborate with DB2 databases and write or evaluate SQL queries.
• Leverage GitHub and Jenkins for version control, automation, and deployment processes.
• Engage with technical teams, application owners, and service delivery stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and materials related to integration.
• Participate in requirements analysis, task estimation, and change planning activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensure platform stability.
• Contribute to L3-level technical support and the ongoing improvement of services.
• Work collaboratively as part of a distributed international team on an enterprise integration platform for a major financial organization in Germany.
• A minimum of 3–4 years of commercial experience in systems integration or IBM integration technologies.
• Practical experience with IBM Message Broker or IBM App Connect Enterprise, preferably version ACE 12.
• Experience with IBM MQ.
• Experience with IBM Sterling Transformation Extender / IBM ITX, preferably version 11.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and task automation.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience working with DB2 databases.
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience utilizing GitHub and Jenkins.
• Capacity to work independently and take ownership of tasks from analysis to implementation or handover to support.
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for meetings, workshops, or onboarding activities.
• Nice to have: experience in integrating systems within the banking or financial services sector.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience using IBM ITX as a component or plugin within an IBM App Connect Enterprise environment.
• Nice to have: experience in supporting production integrations and managing incidents.
• EU work authorization without a sponsored visa is required in the application questions.
