Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements and leverage existing AI characters.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, which may include stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize AI video models/platforms, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others.

• Ensure consistent character representation, stylistic coherence, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and perform colour correction.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing acquired skills with the team.

• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy over execution and technical decisions.

• Improve workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio is essential; experience with AI-driven video work is required.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI video tools and models, such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain consistency of characters and scenes across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Comfort with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• High level of ownership and capability to autonomously take projects from concept to completion.

• Experimental, inquisitive, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.

• Preferred: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking; background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or colour grading; familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting.

• Prior experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries is a plus.
