Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts aligned with current production requirements and available AI characters.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content that may include stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the entire AI video production process from concept development and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Collaborate with the Content Lead on creative direction while exercising independence in execution and technical choices.

• Optimize workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with current AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar technologies.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency in AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong sense of ownership and capability to take ideas from concept to completion autonomously.

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing tools.

• Willingness to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking is an advantage.

• A background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading is a plus.

• Familiarity with training and customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning, is beneficial.

• Previous experience in the adult, dating, or related creative industries is a bonus.

• Experience with ComfyUI is a plus.

• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools is advantageous.
