Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to the current production requirements and available AI characters.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, featuring both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production process from concept development and prompting to generation, editing, post-production, and final delivery.

• Utilize AI video models and platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and perform color correction.

• Experiment with innovative AI models, tools, and techniques, while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with the Content Lead on creative direction while autonomously making execution and technical choices.

• Optimize workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A robust portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work is essential.

• Proficient hands-on experience with contemporary AI video tools and models, such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or equivalents.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout AI-generated sequences.

• Proficient in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking, 3D, VFX, technical art, color grading, model training/customization, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111, as well as adult or dating creative industries are considered bonus qualifications.
