Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production demands and existing AI characters/IPs.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production workflow, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into final outputs.

• Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing insights with the team.

• Execute the Content Lead's creative direction with independence in technical decision-making.

• Enhance workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.

• A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Demonstrates high ownership and the ability to take concepts from inception to completion independently.

• Capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated; continuously seeks to explore AI capabilities and workflows.

• Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking is a plus.

• A background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading is advantageous.

• Familiarity with training/customizing models, such as LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning, is a bonus.

• Prior involvement in adult, dating, or related creative industries is a benefit.

• Experience with ComfyUI is an additional advantage.

• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools is a bonus.

• Legally authorized to work in the candidate's country of residence.

• Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
