Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to production requirements and existing AI characters.

• Create narrative-focused, long-form video content, encompassing stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and various other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into final outputs.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative direction set by the Content Lead while making independent execution and technical choices.

• Enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio; prior AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation workflows, covering prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematographic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• High sense of ownership and capability to work independently.

• Experimental, curious, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.

• Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.

• Bonus: familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting.
