Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts aligned with current production demands and pre-existing AI characters/IP.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, featuring both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the entire AI video production process from ideation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character design, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative direction set by the Content Lead while maintaining independence in execution and technical choices.

• Enhance workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with current AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation processes, prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Capacity to work independently from concept through to completion.

• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing tools.

• Willingness to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking is an advantage.

• A background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading is a plus.

• Familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning is a bonus.

• Experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries is a bonus.

• Proficiency with ComfyUI is a bonus.

• Experience with Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools is a bonus.
