Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts aligned with production requirements and existing AI characters/intellectual properties.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, including both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Take full ownership of the AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and various other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Experiment with innovative AI models, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative direction set by the Content Lead while independently making technical and execution decisions.

• Enhance workflows for increased efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio is essential; experience with AI-driven video work is a must.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient in using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI-generated sequences.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to work autonomously from concept to completion.

• Comfortable with experimenting with evolving AI tools and managing uncertainty.

• Willingness to engage with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Preference for B2B contract/self-employed or independent contractor arrangements; willingness to work under this setup is required.

• Bonus: Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: Background in 3D, VFX, technical artistry, or color grading.

• Bonus: Familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
