Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements and utilize existing AI characters/IP.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, incorporating both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the comprehensive AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Conduct motion graphic design and perform color correction tasks.

• Quickly test and integrate new AI models, tools, and techniques into the workflow.

• Share expertise in AI production with team members.

• Follow the Content Lead's creative vision while having the autonomy to make technical decisions.

• Optimize workflows for greater efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio is essential; experience with AI-driven video work is required.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain consistency in character and scene across AI-generated sequences.

• Proficient in English.

• Capacity to work independently from concept through to completion.

• Comfortable with experimentation involving evolving AI tools and navigating ambiguity.

• Willingness to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Legal authorization to work in the candidate's country of residence is required.

• Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.

• Bonus: familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting.
