Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts aligned with production requirements and existing AI characters/IP.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, incorporating stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize AI video models/platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and perform colour correction.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative direction provided by the Content Lead while independently making technical decisions.

• Enhance workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with modern AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar platforms.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, covering prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.

• A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Ability to work autonomously from concept through to completion.

• Adaptable to ambiguity and rapidly changing tools.

• Eagerness to test, refine, and enhance workflows swiftly.

• Curiosity, self-motivation, receptiveness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Preference for a B2B contract arrangement.

• Submission of portfolio examples that include narrative film/video and AI vertical mini-series episodes is required.
