Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements and the existing AI character roster.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content that includes both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into video content.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Work in alignment with the Content Lead’s creative vision while independently making execution and technical choices.

• Enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio is essential; experience with AI-driven video work is required.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable with rapid experimentation, ambiguity, and evolving tools.

• Willingness to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Portfolio showcasing narrative film/video and AI vertical mini-series episodes is required.

• Must be able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
